Many people out there still do not have a water fed system in their arsenal of tools. Many reasons are stated but the fact is that those using them are doing quite well all over the country.
Friendly Neighborhood Window Cleaning in the Baltimore Maryland area is no exception. Sean knew it was an investment, but took the plunge this Spring. He bought the new R3 Max from Reach Higher Ground and a Gardiner 30′ SLX. My words are not nearly as compelling as his please read below.

“Hey Mike,
Sorry it has taken me a bit to get back to you. I’m inundated with work–’tis the season.
First, thanks for everything, again. We just mailed our first check to J.Racenstein for the system. I’m looking forward to paying it off early.
I have a ton of pics from jobs I have devoured with Shawn’s R3 Max system and the Gardiner SLX.
Sunday my co-worker and I did a warehouse job that used to take me 2.5 days. It only took 5 hours with the new system. I made $1150, he made his hourly wage and a fat bonus, and I was home by 1:30 to play with my daughter.
Today, I worked three jobs alone with the system for a total of $755. Again, it was five hours of actual working plus some drive time.

The first job–[the house in the picture]–used to take me about eight hours, but I finished in four with the WFP.
Afterward, I had time to sneak in three estimates, shake and howdy, land the jobs, and still made it home by five. I don’t know how these numbers compare with other markets, but for me it’s blowing away my daily goal totals for a mostly one-man operation.
I’ll include some pics in this email as well as a letter of recommendation from the zoo for our work and the system. I’m looking for more mid-rise commercial and more exterior-only residential for sure. The zoo job was estimated for four days, but took two. Next time it should only take 1.5.
You have helped me transform my business and get closer to my dream of making more by working less. ”
