Take a look at this article for a rally in Minneapolis, back in April 2010. The article talked about employers not providing workers enough safety, such as old ropes.

A recent death rallied up other window cleaners and their families to make a stand. As you read the article, the description of how one wrong move or a piece of equipment that isn’t stable can put your life at risk is a tad bit terrifying.
Look at the diagram to see how you should have your equipment.
Check out the ropes we offer to help keep you safe and eating dinner with your family every night.
Well after about 2 weeks, turns out, the window cleaners in Service Employees International Union Local 26 ended up receiving better safety standards, union controlled Taft-Hartley training fund, $3 wage raise over 5 years and increases to the pension fund. Not too shabby.

I am amazed at this new product called Spray and Forget.
Basically you spray the roof down the chemical does all the work and you could rinse down or just forget about it.
This is becoming increasingly popular even in states that is wasn’t so common in years past.
What a great add on. This product is safe for all roofs and landscaping and you need no new equipment.
Easy way to make some cash!

You might say they have been here right? Well we are very excited about the new Swift line that will be in stock very soon. They have totally re-designed the clamping system to be much more user friendly. It is lighter than its previous counterparts and although I haven’t actually held it, the word on the street is that it has a very nice feel to it as well.
The 65′ Ionic pole was unmatched previously in its class price wise and reach. Now they went and made it better!!!!!!!!!!! I doubt we will be able to keep them in stock.

Working glass the old fashion way today lent another opportunity to try out the 3 Star micro fiber towels. I haven’t ever really been a fan of micro-fiber. I have always liked Huck (surgical) towels. They are absorbent and leave no lint. Micro-fiber tends to push the water around to much on the glass and doesn’t absorb well.
Today, was a different experience. These towels were absorbent and I really appreciated the way they polished out the edges and frames.
If you haven’t been a fan in the past or if you love micro-fiber give these towels a try.
Had a chance today to put some water on glass the old fashion way. My blood runs gold and black [Ettore] as that is the way I was trained many years ago.
However, I pulled out a new
18″ 3 Star Blue Sleeve and went to work. I must say that the construction of these sleeves is second to none and the water that the sleeve holds is wonderful. The sewn in scrubbers in both ends is a nice feature.
All and all a great product that I would recommend to anyone.
