JRC Supply a J.Racenstein affiliated company recently completed its acquisition of L.M. Colker Company’s window cleaning division.

L.M. Colker Company will remain in the janitorial supply business in Pittsburgh, PA., and will still supply local window cleaners with walk-in orders. You can still reach L.M. Colker at 1-888-4-COLKER.

Here are a few questions and answers that you may have about what has happened.

Q: What exactly happened?
A: JRC is now serving Colker’s national window cleaning customers. Pricing will remain the same or better and the product selection and delivery should improve.

Q: What is Colker Doing now?
A: Colker is concentrating on the JanSan business in the Pittsburgh area.

Q: Why did Greg Colker sell?
A: Servicing the national window cleaning accounts required lots of time and travel. Greg wants to focus more on his family and local business.

Q: Is Greg Colker working for JRC Supply?
A: No, Greg will be running his JanSan and local window cleaning shop.

Q: What about my terms?
A: Those customers with Terms with Colker will contniue to enjoy Terms with us.

Q: What about my pricing?
A: We are honoring Colker pricing through 2011.

Q: How quickly will my orders ship?
A: We generally ship orders within 24 hours.

Q: Who’s my JRC Supply contact?
A: All Reps for JRC Supply will be able to take your order.

Q: Will my products still ship from PA?
A: We have two locations, CA and NJ. Your orders will ship from the warehouse closest to you.

Q: When will you have my customer information handy?
A: We have all of your past order and customer information available

Q: When will you have the items that Colker has and you don’t?
A: We have all of Colker’s inventory already. We are currently putting it in stock and taking pictures to place on the website.

Q: Will I need a new login to the Website?
A: Yes, use your email address in the Request my Password screen to have your new website password sent to you.  Or call any Sales Rep and have one set up for you over the phone.
