Just wondering if anyone has used this and if it works well? If so, what sleeve washer do you use under it?

I've been wondering the same thing. i would imagine that you could use any sleeve washer under it. i would probably use a microfiber sleeve because in my opinion they hold the most water

It's for a better scrub. You could use any sleeve under it, most preferable would be a sleeve that held a nice amount of water.
