DRP House Wash Concentrate
Deck Restoration Plus also offers its own lines of concentrated house wash, designed to work on a variety of surfaces, including aluminum, vinyl, and wood siding.
DRP House Wash effectively removes dirt, chalking, and other atmospheric stains while killing organic growth, such as algae, mold, and mildew.
The surfactants allow the house wash to cling to vertical surfaces.
Simply apply using a soft washing system, a sprayer, or a pressure washer and X-Jet, allow to dwell, then gently rinse off clean.
- Mix Ratio ranges from 5:1 to 8:1 depending on the amount of contaminants
- Allow to dwell for 5 to 10 minutes for maximum benefit
- On vertical surfaces, apply House Wash from bottom to top
- Gently rinse from top to bottom
- Safe to use on wood siding
DRP House Wash Concentrate is a water based House Wash can also be used on metal window frames, asphalt shingles, glass, lawn furniture, pavers, brick and concrete. This product does not contain any bleach or phosphates.
Dilution Rate: 8:1 - 5:1
Coverage: Approximately 150-200 square feet per undiluted gallon.
Overall coverage will vary depending on dilution strength, substrate and application method.

The list of chemicals contains a wide range of naturally occurring and synthetic chemicals that include additives or ingredients in pesticides, common household products, food, drugs, dyes, or solvents. Listed chemicals may also be used in manufacturing and construction, or they may be byproducts of chemical processes, such as motor vehicle exhaust.
