Building Cleaner is great for all your building surface cleaning.  It can be used with various spraying systems to coat the surface with a  quality detergent and often requires little and often no scrubbing to provide a clean building surface. Offered as a concentrated, extremely versatile, heavy duty, water-based, biodegradable cleaner/degreaser which is low foaming and highly alkaline.  For both interior and exterior use.

Building Siding general dirt and grim on Stucco and Siding where there is no mold and mildew:  Add 1 to 2 oz. to 1 gallon of water and apply with a chemical sprayer. 

Downstream: Add 16 oz. to each gallon of water in the draw bucket for a 1 to 10 or 10% mix rate down-streamer or X-Jet. Rinse thoroughly.


MIX RATIOS:

General Cleaning of Oil Accumulation on Concrete Floors, Parking Garages, Drive Through, Gas Station Pads, and Oily Dumpster Pads: Add 12 oz. to 1 gallon of water and apply with a chemical sprayer. 

Down-streaming or X-Jetting:  Add 1 gallon of ProTool Building Cleaner to 1 gallon of water in the Down-streaming/X-Jetting draw bucket for a 1 to 10 or 10% mix rate down-streamer or X-Jet. Rinse thoroughly. Oxidized Vinyl and Aluminum Siding: Remove oxidation from siding. 

Difficult Rubber marks and very oily surfaces: Add 16 oz. to 1 gallon of water and apply with a chemical sprayer. 

Rubber, Vinyl & Plastic: Add 9 oz. to 1 gallon of water apply product to area to be cleaned and scrub vigorously. Dry area completely with a soft, clean cloth or towel.

Clever Sprayer Mix Ratio: 

General Building Cleaning

  1. Depending on how dirty the surface add between 1 to 2 gallons of Building Cleaner to the 7  gallon Clever tote.
  2.  fill the tote with water afterward.
  3. Connect to the Clever Sprayer and set the Mix Ring to 8%
Very Dirty/Oily Surfaces
  1. Add 3 gallons of Building Cleaner to the 7 gallon Clever tote.
  2. Add 4 Gallons f water to the fill the tote water afterward.
  3. Connect to the Clever Sprayer and set the Mix Ring to 5%


Building Cleaner contains butyl based detergents

Engines, Equipment, Heavy Dark Spots on Concrete Floors, Oily Drive-Throughs: Add 24 oz. to 1 gallon of water wet down the surrounding painted surfaces with water. Using a chemical sprayer generously spray product on surface, dwell for several minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
