SilaCast BES Wet Look Sealer Deco is a non-hazardous polymer emulsion designed to create a wet look on concrete surfaces. It penetrates deep into the substrate enhancing the natural colors of the material. With SilaCast BES, it is very important to prep to be sealed properly. Most surfaces you will be able to see a failing sealer by the way it breaks down and turns white. However, if you’re not sure you can do a water test. In a few different locations (shaded areas, coping around pool, covered areas etc.) pour a small amount of water on the surface. If the water sits on the top of the surface there is a sealer present. If the water soaks in and darkens the surface there is no sealer and you can proceed with standard cleaning.
Bio BlackTop Asphalt Sealer Deco is an environmentally friendly blend of natural oil and co-polymers used for asphalt sealing and conditioning. Bio BlackTop seals and conditions while adding a layer of protection from chemicals and the Sun's UV rays. It Covers approx. 1,500 sqft.
Stripacast Paver Stripper Deco is a non-hazardous liquid stripper used to remove old sealers from concrete surfaces. Use this product prior to using Silacast BES, DECO 20 CLEAR FINISH, or TravaCast.
